Booking confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed after having payed the deposit by bank transfer. Our account details:

Arrival
On arrival day the rooms will be available from 3pm.
Please inform us if you arrive after 8pm.
In case of delayed arrival we have to charge you the price for the whole booked period.

Departure
On the departure day the rooms have to be left until 10am.
In case of earlier departure we have to charge you the price for the whole booked period.

Payment
We accept preferably a cash payment. However you can also pay with credit card (VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, ED card). We accept bank cheques.

Cancellation
The booking can be cancelled only in a written way. If you cancel your booking at least 30 days before the arrival day, we will return the deposit to you, in case of later cancellation no deposit will be returned.
The International tourism rules are valid for every cancellation.

Animals
Pets are allowed only upon request. We hope you understand that the pets are not allowed to enter the dining room and the wellness centre. We inform you that any damage to things, equipment and/or persons is at the pet-owner’s expense.

If you want to be reached by phone you can be called at this number: 0039(0)461.594126. The calls will be put through in your room directly from the reception.

Internet
If you want to use the Internet connection, there are two possibilities: you can use our computer at the INTERNET POINT in the Hall or you can use your own computer to access the WiFi service available in almost the whole hotel (upon payment).
